Center for Disease Control and Prevention

Welcome to our Patient Education page!

Our team of professionals and staff believe that informed patients are better equipped to make decisions regarding their child's health and wellbeing. For your personal use, we have created an extensive patient library covering an array of educational topics, which can be found on the side of each page. Browse through these diagnoses and treatments to learn more about topics of interest to you. Or, for a more comprehensive search of our entire website, enter your term(s) in the search bar provided below.

As always, you can contact our office to answer any questions or concerns.

CDC.gov (www.cdc.gov) is your online source for credible health information and is the official Web site of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). CDC is committed to achieving true improvements in people's health. CDC applies research and findings to improve people's daily lives and responds to health emergencies—something that distinguishes CDC from its peer agencies. Working with states and other partners, CDC provides a system of health surveillance to monitor and prevent disease outbreaks (including bioterrorism), implement disease prevention strategies, and maintain national health statistics. CDC also guards against international disease transmission, with personnel stationed in more than 25 foreign countries.

Letter from Dr Sari Nabulsi:

I have recently decided to take on the position as a Chief Medical Officer at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. I am following my passion trying to help more people on a larger scale and do what i enjoy the best, patients' care. I will be practicing at the office on a limited basis. I feel comfortable to know the office will be covered by highly competent people, like Dr. Janice Verbosky, Teri Glascock, Jennifer Hochman Yeager, and Julie Elisabeth Lumpkin Martin. They come with a high level of expertise and passion to help your children and your family. The office will still be running the same efficient way as before. I will be starting my new position as of 11/12/2018. I will still see patients at the office , but on a limited scale.

Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child(ren)s care.
