Sandra Maerzacker, MD
Born and raised in Germany and during a study abroad in Indiana, she fell in love with the United States. Sandra attended Northwestern University in Chicago for college and afterward went to medical school at Texas Tech in Amarillo. She completed her pediatric residency in Galveston and is now excited to practice in Midland. Dr. Maerzacker met her husband in undergrad, and as he is from Midland, he persuaded her to come to Texas, to which she's so happy she did! Both now reside here as practicing physicians and love being back “home”! Apart from serving the West Texas region, Dr. Maerzacker enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing with her two dogs.

Amanda Welch, CPNP, attended Texas Tech nursing program becoming a Registered Nurse. Though from Lafayette, Louisiana, she and her family grew up in an oilfield lifestyle. Together they traveled to Egypt, Venezuela, and back to the good ole state of Texas. Due to her jet setting upbringing, Amanda quickly developed a love of traveling. During holidays, summer breaks and anytime in between, she looks forward to heading home to spend time with her sister and family. Before cultivating an interest in nursing, Amanda graduated with a bachelor's in fine art at the University of Louisiana.
