At this time we are NOT accepting New Medicaid patients.
For current patients with Medicaid, please note we are only in network with the following plans: Superior Medicaid, Amerigroup, Superior Health CHIP, Foster Care, STAR, STAR KIDS, STAR PLUS, Texas Medicaid
Please be sure you add new babies to insurance plans by contacting your HR department-- you have 30-days to add them to your plan.

What to bring to your first visit?
We work hard to ensure your child receives prompt medical care in a comfortable, child-friendly office setting. To help expedite your first appointment, please bring a current insurance card, your child's immunization records, and if you didn't submit new patient paper work online, be prepared to do so in the office.
What to Expect
On the day of your child's first visit to our office, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. This allows extra time for finishing up any registration forms and ensures you have plenty of time to get acquainted with our staff and office.
